Security via the Web
The security system smartONE controls up to sixteen Access Points and is conveniently administrated via the Web. The Access Points are connected to the hardware and then activated in the User Interface. The system requires no software installation, since it is ready to be used once the hardware has been configured. A door configuration wizard makes the deployment simple and secure.

The dynamic User Interface
The system has a dynamic and adaptable User Interface. The designations in smartONE are conveniently edited to a personal preference. The system’s Help Files and the System designations support a number of languages, such as English and Swedish.

The Administration
The security system smartONE enables safety and is conveniently administrated. Important system messages are displayed in an information box. The User Interface is implemented in two different layers. The system is configured in one of them, and administrated in the second. Several Users with different rights can use the system simultaneously. The system is accessible from any computer with a network

The security and control of the Access Points
The security level of the Access Points can be varied and utilised in different ways. Access can be granted by using a Door code or an Access Card and PIN. The logic which controls the Card Reader is situated at another location. It is thus impossible to unlock the Access Point by altering the Card Reader. The Access Points can, by using Time Channels and Schedules, be controlled to be unlocked for specified hours. A Network Camera can be connected to the system, should increased security be required.

The security and control of the Access Points
Each Access Point has a window in the User Interface. This window displays events from the Access Points in real time. The Access Points can be unlocked and alarm control can be performed through this window.

The Access Plan
Every Cardholder is given an individual Access Plan. An Access Plan is a detailed plan which includes different Access Points, days and hours which are stated manually or according to Schedules. A Cardholder may have different schedules for different doors.

Relay control
The possibility to control 64 relays per door makes smartONE suitable for lift control or other functions where many relays are required. A Cardholder can  control a relay group containing relays from all 16 doors.

The security and control of the Access Points
The system has Reports which compiles a comprehensive overview of the events at the Access Points. The administrative events of the system are saved in the Log. The system can also send Messages to one or several receivers, should divergences at the Access Points occur. Messages can be sent as E-mail and Text Messages, amongst others.

Integration of external alarm
An external alarm can be integrated into smartONE. The alarm can be turned on and off from the card reader, via the time channel or any inputs. Alarm status can be displayed in the user interface thanks to the feedback from the external alarm. When the alarm is armed can selected doors be blocked for access until the area is disarmed.

The individual Access Plan
A Cardholder may enter specified Access Points during selected days and hours. The times of granted access may be manually set or controlled by a Schedule. A Cardholder may have different schedules for different doors.

Several Access Cards for the Cardholders
A Cardholder can have one or several Access Cards.

Unlimited access or by the Access Counter
A Cardholder can be granted a specific number of accesses or unlimited access.

The Schedules
The Schedules specify time spans and may be connected to various functions of the system. The system has a Calendar, where specific days such as education days and public holidays can be included.

The Time Channels
Different functions can be controlled for specified hours. An Access Point can be controlled to be open during office hours in the weekdays and locked during nights and weekends.

Door configuration wizard
When a new access point is installed to the central unit a door configuration wizard is presented in the user interface. After making a couple of settings the access point is activated in the system and is ready for use.

The Triggers
Should specified events occur, the system triggers an action. This could be an Access Point which is forced, and the system consequently sends a message by E-mail, Text, IP notify or HTTP request to one or several receivers.

Integration of external alarm
An external alarm can be integrated into
smartONE. The alarm can be turned on and off from the card reader, via the time channel or any inputs.

Relay groups
This function is suitable for lift control or other functions where many relays are required. A Relay group may contain relays from all 16 doors and a total of 64 relays.

Link different outputs and inputs to create advanced functional connections and behaviors.

My Access Points
Each Access Point which the administrator has the right to control has a window in the User Interface. The window deciphers the events at the Access Point in real time. The Access Point can be unlocked and locked via this window. Functions can be edited and the images from the Network Camera are displayed.

The Database back up
The Database and the settings of the system can be saved on a local computer or a FTP server.

Import/export of data
Personal data can be imported to smartONE using CSV files. The data is thus conveniently stored in the system, and the administrator can focus on granting Access Plans and hand out Access Cards.

Network extender
One Central unit can be used as extender to another Central unit. Access points connected to Door Central B, can be linked to Central unit A, thus avoids pulling cable over long distances. All communication goes instead through the network. The database is located in Central unit A.

The Language Files
The system has a variety of Language Files which are uploaded in the User Interface. All the System designations as well as the Help Files are immediately changed to the selected language.

The Log and the Reports
The events at the Access Points as well as the administrative
editing is compiled and presented in comprehensive overviews.

The GSM Modem
Should a GSM Modem be attached to the system, the Access Points can be opened via the Telephone. The GSM Modem also supports messages by Text to be sent.
